Are you a Council?
A Local Authority?
Responsible for recycling and waste management.
We are sure that you will not be missing the opportunity to attend the LARAC conference and awards ceremony on the 10th and 11th October 2018 at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham
LARAC – The Local Authority Recycling Advisory Committee, was formed in 1985 to represent the emerging voice of local government recycling officers. Full Membership is open to any local authority within the UK. They represent local authority views in waste and recycling issues, and they are run by an Executive of 20 serving local authority waste management officers. They have members from authorities in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales including associates from the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Associate membership is open to any Local Authority with a waste function within the EU.
Our purpose at the event is to share and raise awareness of how we are developing new products, creating opportunities, how our investments in our in house recycling plant will benefit councils and local authorities, and also to discuss the needs that are ever changing for those within the waste and recycling sector, it’s important that the positives are seen, and the changes those in decision making positions are making are actually heard, this is what LARAC is about.
Not only are there speakers and workshops and us Coral Products (Mouldings) Ltd, there are good deeds occurring as well, the event is raising awareness of a local charity by requesting non-perishable foods for Hope Nottingham.
Its an opportunity not to be missed.
We will see you there!
